Rudy Aviña, founder and owner of Creativo Framing, has been framing for over 24 years. Not only is he committed to excellence in the preservation of artworks, he deeply enjoys the creativity of designing and the challenge of building frames. Rudy takes great pride and satisfaction from seeing his designs transformed into brilliantly completed projects.
What brings him the most joy? The look of satisfaction and amazement on customer’s faces when they see their newly framed art!
Angela Scalisi has been in the photography, framing and image production business for over a decade. She earned her BFA in Photography with a Minor in Printmaking from Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. Angela co-created and co-managed the Rogers Park artist’s cooperative, Eidolon Studios, working with artists of many different media. From this experience, she brings valuable insights on how to present different types of art. Since 2008, she organizes with and shows in Pilsen Open Studios. Angela also serves on the Board of Directors for Mookie Jam Foundation, a non-profit that offers assistance to artists with multiple sclerosis.
